Duties

- Utilize content management systems and documentation tools to organize and publish content efficiently.
- Create visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts using graphic design software like Visio to enhance understanding of technical processes.
- Edit and proofread all technical content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
- Conduct research on new technologies, industry standards, and best practices to ensure documentation remains current and relevant.
- Support agile development teams by participating in sprint planning and review sessions to align documentation with ongoing product updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical writing or related roles within software or technology industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for document creation and editing.
- Strong knowledge of content creation tailored for technical audiences with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design software like Visio or Adobe Illustrator for creating diagrams and visuals.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and technical interpretation skills to ensure high-quality output.
- Knowledge of software documentation standards and best practices in technical communication.
- Ability to work effectively within an agile environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong research skills combined with excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential for success in this role.
