Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations for a swimming pool design, construction, and service company.
- Coordinate hiring and recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Process payroll and assist with employee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans, etc.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks and Skimmer.
- Handle customer communications, scheduling, invoicing, and service coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate project documentation, permits, and administrative support for pool construction projects.
- Coordinate the ordering & delivering of project materials.
- Generate reports, track company metrics, and support executive management with administrative tasks.
