Job Summary
Eco Air and Plumbing LLC is a rapidly growing family owned and operated business located in Las Vegas. We are in search of a hardworking, highly motivated HVAC Technician and Installer to join our growing team and become a valued member of the Eco Air Family. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the ability to work alone unsupervised on the job while providing quality workmanship in a timely manner, along with a strong willingness to learn new skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Seeking Strong Diagnostic skills and problem solver
Heavy service call volume and install package units, splits, and mini splits.
Plumbing and handyman skills a plus!

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Installing HVAC equipment, service, repair HVAC systems and (water heaters when trained).
- Troubleshoot & diagnose issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Stay up to date on current technology and new products in the field. If you want to expand your career you can learn about Plumbing as well.
- Follow Company Guidelines and Procedures
- Ability to work alone unsupervised on the job while providing quality workmanship in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow instructions
- Self-starter possessing common sense
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician/Installer
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Strong Diagnostic Skills
- Plumbing skills a plus
- Handyman skills a plus
- Capable of heavy lifting at times
- No fear of heights (2nd story AC units)
- Mechanical aptitude and field service experience
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Team Player
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA Certification a must
- 2- 5 years of experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
