PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Workface Planner III (AWP) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by providing direction and project management expertise. This role is responsible for developing detailed plans to optimize construction sequencing, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations. The Workface Planner III integrates advanced work packaging (AWP) principles to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and drive sustainable outcomes, contributing to Worley’s ambition to be a global leader in sustainability solutions.
Creates detailed work packages that enhance project efficiency, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction elements.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
Advanced knowledge and specialized expertise in construction planning, with mastery in one or multiple broad areas of AWP methodologies, product systems, and industry standards.
Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions and provide recommendations for project planning, taking financial, social, and environmental impacts into account.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including engineers, construction teams, and leadership.
