The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities through phone, email, and online communication. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that create value.
Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
Present products and services to potential customers.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
Detailed oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential job duty
