Overview
We’re currently seeking dedicated and reliable Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team and help maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests. Interested candidates must be 21 or older to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and professionally.
- Refill water glasses and respond to guest needs as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations.
- Ensure silverware, glassware, and table settings are clean and properly stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold restaurant safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Working culinary knowledge is beneficial for understanding menu items and ingredients.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote menu items effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed in a fast-paced setting.
