Dental Treatment Coordinator

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience by educating patients on their treatment options, coordinating care, and providing financial guidance. You'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every patient receives outstanding service from their first consultation through the completion of treatment.
What You'll Do
- Build trust and develop lasting relationships with patients.
- Present customized treatment plans and answer questions with confidence and compassion.
- Review insurance benefits and prepare accurate financial estimates.
- Explain payment options and financing programs.
- Coordinate appointments and manage treatment scheduling.
- Follow up with patients to encourage timely completion of recommended care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver an organized, efficient, and positive patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a dental office, preferably as a Treatment Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient scheduling.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and earn patient trust.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software.
