Job Summary
Join our dynamic tree service team as a Ground Crew member dedicated to supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality tree care operations. Duties
- Assist with rigging operations to safely lower branches and debris during tree trimming and removal projects
- Operate trucks and other equipment to aid in tree service and debris removal
- Support landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general site cleanup
- Perform basic tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and property clean up
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Support crew members with equipment setup, transportation of tools, and material handling
Qualifications
- Growing experience or interest in horticulture, landscaping, or arboriculture preferred
- Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques
- Ability to operate bucket trucks, chippers, stump grinders, and skidsteers is a plus
- Familiarity with rigging procedures for lifting heavy branches or materials safely
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong desire to grow personally and within a company.
