As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques including stick welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely for material handling.
- Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in stick welding and other techniques.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience in fabricating ductwork and assembling metal structures is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
