Job Summary: Serves as a CaroMont Health Senior Leadership Team member responsible for the safe and effective delivery of care in all clinical and procedural operational areas, in hospital-based and medical group settings assigned. Performs daily leadership in the planning, delivery and process/outcome monitoring of clinical services. Participates in the ongoing strategic planning process at the senior leadership level, achieving the mission and vision as directed by the CEO and Board of Directors. Serves as an administrative liaison to assigned medical staff, departments, community partners, and service lines. Takes administrative call as required.
Qualifications: Required - Undergraduate and clinical degree (preferably nursing) and Master’s degree in management, business administration, nursing or other professional, licensed healthcare field with current license and supporting certification. Seven or more years’ experience with progressive leadership in acute care, outpatient/medical group, and procedural operations. Has a proven track record of effectively leading teams to achieve sustainable clinical, operational, financial and strategic results. Theoretical knowledge and successful deployment of High Reliability and Change Leadership and Continuous Daily Improvement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
