Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move goods throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction levels
- Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper handling in accordance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize storage areas, and maintain a clean workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment
- Support packaging activities for e-commerce orders while adhering to quality standards and packaging guidelines
Skills
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse distribution processes
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and international trade regulations
- Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience with picking & packing techniques to optimize order accuracy and speed
- Knowledge of trade compliance standards related to international shipments is a plus
