Are you a certified Reformer Pilates instructor who loves helping people move better, get stronger, and feel better?
Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation is looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our clinical team in Naperville.
This is a unique opportunity to use your Pilates expertise in a professional, rehabilitative healthcare environment, working with patients who are looking to improve mobility, strength, movement quality, and overall function.
The Position
We are specifically looking for an instructor who is experienced and confident teaching on a Pilates Reformer and is comfortable working with clients in a clinical or rehabilitation-focused setting.
Minimum schedule commitment: 2 shifts per week.
Our available shifts are:
- Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Monday or Wednesday: 2:30 PM–6:15 PM
We are looking for someone who can commit to at least two of these shifts each week, with the potential for additional hours as patient volume grows.

What We Offer
- Part-Time Schedule: A consistent schedule with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
- Paid Onboarding: We value your time and provide paid training to familiarize you with our clinical environment, patient flow, and protocols.
- $45 Base Pay: Earn $45 per hour while working directly with patients.
- Opportunity to Grow: As our Pilates program grows, there is an opportunity for additional hours and patient volume.
- Bring Your Own Clients: Have an established following? You may have the option to bring your own clients in during available off-schedule hours with a 60/40 split (60% to you). This gives you the opportunity to grow your personal Pilates business while utilizing our professional facility and Reformer equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Pilates Instructor with Reformer certification and teaching experience
- Experience teaching Pilates Reformer sessions
- A passion for helping people improve strength, mobility, movement, and function
- Interest in working with clients in a clinical, rehabilitation, or corrective exercise environment
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working alongside chiropractors and other healthcare professionals
- A personable instructor who can build rapport with patients and confidently guide them through their sessions
- Someone who understands that working with rehabilitation patients may require adapting exercises to individual needs and limitations

Led by Dr. Eric Lukosus, Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation has been serving the Naperville community since 2001. We specialize in evidence-based care, including the McKenzie Method (MDT), rehabilitation, mobility, strength, and performance.
We aren't your typical chiropractic office. Our goal is to help patients understand why they hurt, how to move better, and how to build lasting results.
Our Pilates program is an important part of that approach.
