Reports to: Formulated QA Lead

- Operate RAM press equipment and sponge roll cleaner safely and effectively.
- Load/unload kilns and RAM press dies with care and accuracy.
- Pour molds for production tiles; apply glaze by brush or sprayer to spec.
- Inspect chips and boards for cracks, defects, and contamination.
- Calibrate machinery and document settings to maintain consistency.
- Clean equipment frequently to ensure reliable performance.
- Keep work areas orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong reading comprehension.
- Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A knack for following Work Instructions precisely.
- Skill with hand tools (mixer, drill, torque wrench, and more).
- Collaborative mindset plus the ability to work independently.
- Detail orientation that yields high-quality ceramic finishes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Be prepared to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifts in environments that can be hot or cold. You’ll regularly talk or hear, frequently stand, walk, handle materials, and reach with hands/arms; occasionally sit, climb/balance, and stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl. Frequent lifting/moving of 50+ pounds is expected. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (40+ hours/week). Occasional Fridays as needed. No travel is expected.
