The ideal candidate need not have automotive sales experience but must have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed. SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:
*Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
*Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication
*Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options
*Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts and emails
*Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
*Be able to maintain above average CSI scores.
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
*High school diploma
*valid driver's license
*Must pass pre-employment drug screen
*Current or previous auto sales experience is preferred, but not required
