Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a strong foundation in medical procedures, administrative support, and patient service. No experience needed but must be willing to learn and must work well with others. Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and vital signs
- Provide patient care support
- Support medical procedures
- Document patient information accurately
- Coordinate patient services by scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
