Are you a charismatic sales professional who loves building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences? Dahlberg Portraits is looking for a warm, detail-oriented closer to guide interested families through booking their complimentary fine art portrait experience.
This is a real sales role, not administrative, customer service, or social media work. You'll be calling warm leads who've already expressed interest in our services, so your job is to build excitement, answer questions, and secure the reservation. Expect a high call volume and real conversion goals.
What You'll Do
- Contact warm leads who've expressed interest in a complimentary portrait experience
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Clearly communicate the portrait experience and studio policies
- Secure reservations by collecting a session deposit
- Follow up consistently by phone and text
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
- Meet and exceed booking and conversion goals
- Deliver an exceptional client experience with every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong phone presence with the ability to connect quickly and naturally with people
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow proven systems while keeping conversations authentic
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, client care, or customer success
- Prior remote work experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems, phone dialers, and texting platforms
- Background in luxury services, photography, hospitality, or other high-touch client experiences
