What We're Looking For:
As a Pool Bartender you'll play a key role in the poolside experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent service in a vibrant and welcoming setting. Responsibilities include crafting refreshing drinks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and ensuring smooth bar operations. What You'll Do:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.

Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes.

Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality and presentation standards.

Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, providing personalized service.

Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options.

Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, surfaces, and waste disposal.

Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to avoid shortages.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices.

Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods.

Foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service.

Your Qualifications Includes:

Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, with bartending experience highly preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, appropriate glassware, and bar equipment, including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required).

Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.

Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.

Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Capability to perform duties in an outdoor environment, adapting to various weather conditions.

Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
