Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the waitstaff by clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting overall operations to enhance customer satisfaction. Duties
- Clean and set tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Help with food handling tasks, including restocking supplies and organizing service areas.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining spaces as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bussing or similar role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to help out wherever necessary within the kitchen or dining areas.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
