No automotive sales experience is required.
We are looking for personality, professionalism, communication skills and the desire to build a career. We will teach you the automotive business.
YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS — NEW CAR GENIUS
Your first month is a paid training and development program designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
You'll learn:
- Acura vehicles, technology and features
- Professional vehicle presentations
- Customer consultation
- Test drives
- CRM and follow-up
- The complete sales process
- Vehicle delivery
- How to build and maintain your own customer base
After successfully completing the program, you'll graduate to our Sales Professional position.
SALARY + PERFORMANCE BONUSES
This is NOT a 100% commission position.
Our compensation plan includes:
- Guaranteed base salary
- Pay for every vehicle sold
- Additional compensation for financed vehicles
- Monthly volume bonuses
