Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and adherence to company standards.
- Lead staff training and development to foster a motivated, knowledgeable team capable of delivering outstanding service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee high-quality offerings.
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and waste reduction to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and cash handling procedures accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all areas of the restaurant.
- Support customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong management background.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards.
- Skilled in operating POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, including staff training, interviewing, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration.
