American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a short-term acute care hospital in Oregon, requiring LDRP with postpartum experience and Epic proficiency.

Labor & Delivery unit within a 109-bed short-term acute care hospital

LDRP setting with postpartum patient population

Staffing follows AWHONN standards

Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)

Every other weekend required
-
Floating between facilities within the state is expected

On-call required: up to one on-call shift every two weeks based on low census
-
Block schedules are not required
-
EMR: Epic (experience required)

Active Oregon (OR) RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required; candidates with 1–1.5 years will be considered on a case-by-case basis
-
LDRP experience with postpartum required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
-
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

All required certifications must be current and on file

Scrubs are provided for this unit

Former permanent employees of this health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler

Former permanent employees must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Candidates who have previously worked at a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must disclose the location and dates of that employment

Minimal RTO is preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact the hiring process

Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment
