Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Clubhouse Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant clubhouse facility. This dynamic role involves managing guest experiences, coordinating events, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a key leader within our hospitality team, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes community engagement and memorable experiences for all visitors. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and foster a positive atmosphere that aligns with our resort’s standards of hospitality.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, including event planning, guest services, and facility management
- Supervise and motivate staff members, including front desk personnel, event coordinators, and service staff
- Coordinate and manage a variety of events such as parties, meetings, and recreational activities to ensure smooth execution
- Handle shift management responsibilities, including scheduling, cash handling, and resource allocation
- Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Prepare detailed reports on operational activities, guest feedback, and event outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to guarantee a secure environment for all visitors
- Available to work 40+ hours a week (flexible scheduling)
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams and managing staff shifts effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Skilled in report writing to document operations, incidents, and guest feedback accurately
- Management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience in supervising staff in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or nightlife venues
- Competence in cash handling and managing point-of-sale systems during events or shift changes
- Computer proficiency required (Experience with quick books, google, and canva is a plus)
