Responsibilities
- Supervise daily blueberry processing activities, coordinating team efforts to meet production goals efficiently.
- Drive van to field to pick up fruit.
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in blueberry processing, including conveyors, and winnowing machine.
- Conduct routine adjustments, maintenance and cleaning on processing equipment, utilizing hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by training team members on proper equipment operation, heavy lifting techniques, and safe handling procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in agricultural or food processing environments is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in food safety cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with farm equipment and farm production.
- Basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, long periods of standing, and working in hot weather conditions ( no climate control in work enviroment)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
