Roofer — Residential & Multi-Family Properties
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

About Us
We're a residential construction and property maintenance company managing a large portfolio of rental properties throughout Central Florida. We're looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team and help maintain, repair, and replace roofing systems across single-family homes, mobile homes, and multi-family properties.
What You'll Do
- Perform roof repairs, maintenance, and full replacements
- Install and repair shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
- Identify roof leaks and determine the appropriate repair method
- Replace damaged decking, fascia, soffit, and flashing as needed
- Conduct roof inspections and provide repair recommendations
- Ensure all work complies with Florida building codes and company standards
- Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Deliver high-quality workmanship efficiently
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of roofing experience preferred
- Required experience with shingle and metal roofing systems
- Strong knowledge of roof leak detection and repair techniques
- Comfort working outdoors in Florida weather, at heights, and on ladders
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
