Seasonal Experienced Production Cook and Ice Cream Maker Assistant
Hourly/Nonexempt: Wage: $20 hourly
Reports to: Production Manager

Position Description: This is a seasonal, highly physical position that demands focus, attention to detail, and the ability to operate specialized machinery. Must be available for 2x 10hr shifts till 5 PM. Days to be decided. This position will end on Sept 28th, 2025.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make dairy and vegan ice cream bases
- Operate the ice cream batch freezer properly and efficiently
- Operate pinting machine
- Produce all baked goods and ribbons for ice cream
- Able to read and follow all recipe and process instructions
- Able to keep goods within the optimal temperature range throughout the production process
- Wash equipment and dishes properly and efficiently

Education and/or Experience:
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work 2 shifts per week, including some holidays (if needed)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience baking cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.
Experience making caramels, working with hot sugar, and other confectionery skills
