Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialists to join our Shipping Team. This role is responsible for sorting, packing, and shipping sports cards from live breaks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders Efficiently: Ensure all cards are accurately sorted and securely packed for shipping.
- Quality Control: Double-check that each order is correct before shipping to avoid errors.
- Label and Track Packages: Print and apply shipping labels, update tracking information, and report any discrepancies.
- High-Value Shipments: Ensure packages over $500 include signature confirmation and insurance.
- Inventory & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized shipping station; assist with restocking supplies.
- Meet Deadlines: All orders must be shipped within 48 hours of the break.
- Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with breakers, co-hosts, and customer service to resolve any shipping concerns.
- Follow Company Policies: Adhere to all fulfillment and shipping guidelines to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency, including label printing, tracking updates, and Google Sheets
- Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or order packing preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a structured schedule
- Interest in sports, sports cards, or collectibles is a plus
