We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead a team of application engineers supporting advanced ATE platforms for Power, Analog, Converter, and mixed-signal semiconductor devices. This role requires a strong background in ATE systems, test program development, customer support, and engineering leadership, with responsibility for driving test strategies, customer support execution, new product introductions, and high-volume manufacturing readiness.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application engineers responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting ATE test solutions for Power, Analog, Converter, and mixed-signal device applications.

Define and execute test strategies, project plans, technical roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables aligned with customer, product, and business objectives.

Oversee ATE test hardware and software development, including test programs, load boards, probe cards, interface hardware, debugging, validation, and production support.

Collaborate with customers, sales, business development, marketing, R&D, and engineering teams to define product strategies, ensure testability, influence technical decisions, and support successful customer engagements.

Monitor KPIs related to test development, customer support, production quality, yield improvement, and time-to-market execution.

Support new product introductions, transitions to high-volume manufacturing, root cause analysis, test escapes, false failures, and yield-related issues.

Manage ATE infrastructure, tools, processes, vendor relationships, hiring, performance management, and career development for the engineering team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in application development, test engineering, or semiconductor ATE, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as V93000, UFlex, Eagle, J750, or similar systems.

Strong background in test program development, debugging, validation, production support, and ATE interface board design, including load boards and related hardware.

Experience supporting Power, Analog, Converter, and mixed-signal semiconductor device applications.

Strong understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals, DFT concepts, failure analysis, and production test environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, customer-facing, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Experience managing teams across multiple geographies is a plus.

Experience with V93000 test systems and SmarTest 8 or SmarTest 7.

Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with ISO, JEDEC, or automotive quality standards such as AEC-Q100.
