Service Technician (Field + Customer-Facing Role)

After training, the goal will be to fill your schedule and we have the resources to do just that, but there are seasonal trends for exterior cleaning, so to those applying, be aware of winter lulls.
What You’ll Be Doing
Service & Field Work
- Follow proven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every service—we will train you thoroughly
- Deliver high-quality, consistent results on every job
Complete service jobs including:
- Window Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Gutter Cleaning
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- House Washing
- And more
Customer Interaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
- Walk customers through the work performed and answer questions
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate (without being pushy)
Attention to Detail
- Capture before-and-after photos when work is visible and impactful
- Record job details, notes, and timing accurately in HouseCall Pro
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
Professionalism & Safety
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work
- Represent Window Gang with a clean, professional appearance

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
