Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our 150 unit apartment community, ensuring that leasing, maintenance, grounds, and cleaning standards are consistently met in the apartments we are preparing for new residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure high-quality apartment
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry standards and client expectations
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and environmental policies to maintain a secure working environment
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and regular feedback to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services or industrial cleaning management with a strong background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and liaise with clients confidently
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on staff supervision, customer service excellence, and operational oversight
- Relevant certifications or training in safety regulations or cleaning standards are advantageous

Pay: $49,478.93 - $59,587.53 per year
