What You'll Do
As a Student Clinic Supervisor, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and clinical resource for students as they transition from the classroom into real-world practice. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising student massage therapists in a professional clinic setting
- Coaching students in treatment planning, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making
- Assisting with SOAP note documentation and recordkeeping
- Providing guidance on massage techniques, professionalism, and client communication
- Supporting clinic clients with scheduling questions and overall satisfaction
- Helping maintain a positive, organized, and successful student clinic experience

Qualifications
- Current Washington State Massage Practitioner License
- Minimum of 3 years of combined professional practice and educational experience
- Strong background in clinical, therapeutic, and rehabilitative massage techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring, teaching, and supporting student success
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of care
