Sales Associate - Full-Time
ZX Gun is looking for an experienced, full-time sales associate to join our team in Goshen, Indiana. We've been growing in the dynamic firearms industry for 14 years and we need help to keep growing!
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers.
Answer phones to assist and answer questions.
Use point-of-sale software and hardware to complete transactions.
Learn and utilize legal procedures for firearm transfers.
Stock, clean, and organize the store.
Miscellaneous tasks related to the daily operations of the retail store.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous retail/sales experience
Knowledge of firearms/safe handling practices
Experience using computers and other office machines (including point-of-sale and inventory software)
High level attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take initiative
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
