The Program Director – Horizontals will lead strategic growth initiatives across Process Automation by driving Competitive Displacement, Safety, Fire & Gas (F&G), and TSI (Total Solutions Integration) portfolios. The role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition, expand installed base penetration, and deliver differentiated solutions across global markets.
This role will sit in H ouston, TX and work on a hybrid work schedule.
This is a global role with high visibility across Process Automation leadership, directly impacting growth acceleration and competitive positioning.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years experience in Process or Industrial Automation.
- Proven experience in business development, program leadership, or strategy.
- Ability to influence without authority in matrix organizations.
- Strong commercial and customer engagement skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
