Sherman Bowling Center in Muskegon, MI is looking for a Bartender Manager to join our team. We are located at 1531 W Sherman Blvd. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated and willing to work as part of a team!
Essential Functions:
Oversees all Bartenders and ensures the following tasks are being completed in addition to also stepping in and completing tasks when scheduled:
- Prepares all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Greets customers, takes orders and serves snacks and/or drinks.
- Collects money for any drinks or snacks served.
- Makes beverage and snack recommendations when needed.
- Mixes appropriate ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Checks identification to verify customer is of legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Restocks bar supplies.
- Complies with all food and beverage regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Excels in dynamic, fast-moving settings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Punctual and dependable
- Minimum one year experience with references
