We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Serve customers correctly and complete orders within service time goals
Prepare and serve high-quality products as per standards
Maintain proper image and follow company policies
Clean work stations and ensure restaurant image standards
Provide direction and feedback to colleagues
Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance
Supervise colleagues and provide adult supervision to younger colleagues
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures
Prepare each shift to meet customer needs
Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
Control and utilize equipment safely
Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
Understand directions and product specifications
Supervise and motivate colleagues to meet goals
Previous experience in restaurants or retail preferred
At least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
