About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who wants to practice at the highest level without the burnout of traditional outpatient settings. What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 outpatient orthopedic and sports performance care
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on wellness, prevention, and long-term outcomes
- Collaborate with trainers, coaches, and other health professionals in a high‑end gym environment
- Build strong patient relationships with adequate time for quality care
- Participate in clinic growth with opportunities for leadership and profit sharing

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong interest in orthopedics, sports performance, and preventative care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Growth‑minded, collaborative, and excited to practice without burnout
