- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.

- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels effectively and track sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; previous experience as a stylist is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
