Landmark Ford, Inc., a part of the Landmark Automotive Group since 1975, is seeking Automotive Retail Product Specialists to help customers learn about, test drive, and buy vehicles, focusing on product knowledge and customer consultation. Key responsibilities include greeting clients, demonstrating vehicle features, and guiding the purchase process. The Automotive Retail Product Specialist position has very clear goals and expectations that are essential to success.
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors promptly, listen to their needs, and build friendly relationships.
- Product Expert: Teach customers about car features, safety options, technology, and performance specifications.
- Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives while explaining and demonstrating key vehicle functions.
- Sales Process: Guide clients through pricing, trade-in valuations, and delivery of the final paperwork with the finance team.
- Follow-Up: Contact past buyers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and active listening skills to explain details clearly.
- Knowledge: Interest or background in cars, technology, or retail sales.
- Driver’s License: A valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Tech Skills: Ability to learn inventory software and digital vehicle guide quickly.
- Schedule: Flexibility working retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Base Salary $36,000 + appointments set and vehicle volume bonuses.
