Funfinity After-School & Summer Camp
Funfinity After-School & Summer Camp is looking for a responsible, friendly, and dependable team member to join our after-school program.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, communicates well with parents, and can help manage the daily operations of our after-school program.
Responsibilities
- Pick up children safely from local schools using a company vehicle
- Supervise and care for children during the after-school program
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment
- Check students in and out and maintain accurate attendance records
- Enter and update student and parent information in our software system
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding schedules, attendance, and program information
- Assist with membership management, registrations, and basic customer service
- Help with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Keep the facility and children's areas clean and organized
- Work together with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Enjoys working with children
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Able to safely transport children in a company vehicle
- Previous experience in childcare, after-school programs, customer service, administration, or membership management is preferred but not required
Ideal Candidate
We are especially looking for someone who is consistent and dependable and wants to become a stable part of our team.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both children and parents and can take responsibility for daily tasks without needing constant supervision.
Schedule
Part-time position
Monday–Friday, primarily afternoon hours
About Funfinity
Funfinity After-School & Summer Camp provides children with a fun, active, and structured environment after school. Our program includes homework time, physical activities, games, martial arts, table tennis, and other enrichment activities.
If you are responsible, positive, enjoy working with children, and are looking for a consistent part-time position, we would love to hear from you.
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 42.0 per week
