Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new appliances, HVAC units, and mechanical components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues across various systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
- Operate company vehicles to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks on-site or at remote locations.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections in compliance with operational procedures.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing mechanical expertise and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
- Demonstrated ability to operate HVAC & appliance technology effectively in various settings.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across commercial or industrial environments.
- Construction experience or background is a plus for supporting facility upgrades or renovations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
