David Burke Prime, a premier steakhouse located inside Foxwoods Resort Casino, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant known for its dry-aged steaks, fine wines, and world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house managers and hourly team members
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operating costs to meet business goals
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with culinary leadership and casino departments to ensure seamless operations
- Drive revenue through service excellence, team engagement, and local promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of General Manager or senior FOH management experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment (steakhouse experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L, labor control, and food & beverage cost management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on, guest-first management style
- Experience in casino or resort settings is a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
