We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Esthetician/Receptionist to join our Rockville team. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic services to our clients and front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments
- Perform all front desk duties (Greetings guests, Scheduling and documentating)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Offer retail sales services, including consultations, upsells, and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements through continuous education and training.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in social media content to promote the business and engage with clients.
**Requirements:**
- Medspa experience
- Current certification or licensure in the field of esthetics or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in the field of esthetics, including experience with various treatments and techniques.
- Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with social media management and retail sales techniques is an asset.
- Must be comfortable with a variety of aesthetic treatments.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
