Job Summary
The building maintanence plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. This position requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to address various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
We are looking to cover 5 shifts M-F between 7:30AM and 4:30PM. 20-30 hours a week, some shifts may run longer than scheduled. We rotate the maintenance staff, 3 shifts a day.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting residents and guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with the maintenance of the property by performing basic repairs, including pressure washing, and multiple outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repair services.
- Support residential painting projects as required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Ensure that all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
