Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).

Security Background: 1-2 years (preferred).

Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).

Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Handle and access escalations
