Position: Building Custodian
Location: Will work at both dealer locations, Norfolk & Hampton VA
Requirements: MUST have a valid drivers license and good-standing driving record.
Note: MUST apply with a copy of most recent driving record, OR bring a copy of most recent driving record into to interview.
Responsibilities:
- Cleans the building and the grounds by clearing trash and debris
- Keeps the grass mowed, trimmed, and edged
- Keeps professional standards in every department through cleaning, trash collection, and organization
- Sanitation of touch points throughout the dealership
- Keeps service bays clean and trash taken out
- Cleans and details dealership vehicles as well as inventory when necessary
- Will be trained as backup Parts Delivery Driver and trained in Warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow directions and have good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Forklift certified or willing to be trained to use forklift
- Must be able to lift heavy items (30-50lbs)
- Be able to pass a background check & drug test
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
