Job Description
Humphrey's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatch & Billing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily service schedules, communicating with technicians and customers, and handling billing and administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with both customers and field staff.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
- Create and process invoices for completed work
- Enter and maintain service records in company software
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate job details and billing
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Assist with general office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, billing, or administrative experience
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
