- Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (certification cannot be expired)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality within set school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students, following behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate data and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to foster student development
- Participate in supervision and training sessions provided by the district’s BCBA
- Adapt to a dynamic school schedule, beginning the assignment as soon as cleared
- Maintain confidentiality and a positive, supportive attitude in diverse classroom settings
