Treevana Powered by Sanctuary is seeking motivated, reliable, and adaptable Operations Technicians to support multiple areas of our cannabis operations. This unique cross-functional role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across several departments within a highly regulated industry.
As an Operations Technician, you will receive training and development opportunities in retail dispensary operations, cultivation, inventory management, transportation, and production support functions. This role provides a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis supply chain while creating opportunities for future advancement within the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across multiple departments as assigned.
- Assist with retail dispensary operations and customer service activities.
- Perform cultivation support functions including plant care, pruning, harvesting, sanitation, and facility maintenance.
- Assist with inventory control, product handling, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance processes.
- Support transportation and product transfer activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing cross-training and professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to support operational goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, manufacturing, cultivation, logistics, transportation, inventory, or production environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn multiple operational functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environments including retail, cultivation, warehouse, and production facilities.
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled, humid, and physically active environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks and fingerprinting requirements.
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable state regulations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
