Location: Tucson, AZ (In Office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Additional Earnings: Monthly performance-based commission opportunities

What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of consumer, commercial, and recovery accounts.
- Communicate with customers, businesses, insurance carriers, attorneys, and third parties to resolve outstanding balances and recovery opportunities.
- Negotiate settlements, payment arrangements, and recovery agreements.
- Investigate account history and supporting documentation.
- Document account activity accurately within company systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and recovery performance goals.
- Work closely with team members and leadership to maximize results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting client interests.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Collections, recovery, customer service, insurance, financial services, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
