Position Overview
Bobcat of the Coulee Region is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for selling Bobcat compact equipment and related product lines while building strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, agricultural businesses, municipalities, and property owners throughout the Coulee Region.
The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and knowledgeable about construction or agricultural equipment, with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell Bobcat equipment, attachments, rentals, and related products
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain machine capabilities
- Provide accurate quotes, financing options, and product recommendations
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on Bobcat product updates, promotions, and industry trends
- Attend trade shows, customer events, and community networking opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required, preferably in construction, agriculture, or related equipment industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with compact equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required. CDL a plus but not required. Must be able to obtain Fed health card.
- Proficient with computers, email, and CRM systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission. No pay cap. No tier programs. Earn 20% of the profit on everything you sell.
