Engagify partners with nonprofit organizations to create meaningful, face-to-face experiences that inspire community involvement and support important causes. We're currently looking for a Brand Promotions Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to develop valuable communication, fundraising, and leadership skills.
No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit organizations and fundraising campaigns at live events throughout Charlotte and the surrounding communities.
- Engage directly with members of the public to raise awareness and educate individuals about important causes.
- Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Communicate campaign goals, mission statements, and program information clearly and confidently.
- Support fundraising efforts by helping individuals learn about opportunities to contribute and get involved.
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and day-to-day campaign operations.
- Track campaign activity and maintain accurate records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, event marketing, community outreach, or promotions is helpful but not required.

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required based on campaign and event schedules.
Work Location
This is an in-person role based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Team members work at fundraising events, community activations, and outreach campaigns throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.
